Tower cranes above a high-rise construction site

Everything from the footings to the final coat.

Four service lines, one contract, one supervisor. If your job crosses two of them — and most do — nothing gets handed between companies halfway through.

What we do

01

New Home Builds

Custom homes, knockdown rebuilds and dual occupancies from set-out to handover. Sloping blocks, narrow lots and tight access are our normal, not a surcharge line.

Stage by stage, with the inspection and approval waits shown honestly, not hidden.

One supervisor

The same person from the first site visit to the final defects sign-off.

Weekly photo reports

In your inbox every Friday, whether there was progress or a delay to explain.

Warranty documentation

Certificates, manuals and warranties handed over in one folder at completion.

Common questions

Before you call us.

No. The site visit and the fixed-price quote that follows it are free. If the job needs design work or a detailed feasibility before it can be priced properly, we'll tell you what that costs before we do any of it.

Five to ten business days for a renovation or fitout, and two to three weeks for a new home where we're pricing off a full set of drawings. We'd rather take the extra week than hand you a number we have to correct later.

Usually yes, for extensions and staged renovations. It changes the sequence and adds a few weeks, so we price it that way from the start — dust screens, temporary kitchens, protected access and a site swept at the end of every day.

Often, and we prefer to be involved early. Bringing a builder in at design development usually saves more than it costs — we can flag the details that will be expensive to build while they're still cheap to change.

You call us and we come back. Structural work carries a six-year warranty and the rest is covered under the statutory defects period. We hold retention on our own trades until their defects are closed, which is why they turn up when we ask.
