Sam Prime Construction is a licensed building company run by people who still walk sites. We're big enough to carry a commercial program and small enough that you'll know everyone on your job by name.
Our story
Started with a nail gun and a ute. Kept the standards.
Sam Prime started in 2007 as a two-man framing crew taking on the jobs other carpenters turned down — tight blocks, bad access, drawings that didn't quite work. We got a name for making difficult sites come out square.
The company grew from there into new homes, extensions, commercial fitouts and structural works, but it grew deliberately. We took on a second supervisor before we took on a second job, and we've never run more sites than we can properly staff. That's the reason the person who quotes your job is still the person you'll see on site.
Today we work with a regular group of 42 licensed trades — most of them have been with us for over five years. They know how we set out, how we sequence, and what gets rejected at inspection. That continuity is not a nice-to-have; it's the whole reason a program holds.

Set it out properly
Levels, offsets and heights checked against the drawings before the concrete truck is booked. Everything downstream depends on it.
Stay on the site
One supervisor per job, on site daily. Not a phone number in a call queue and not a different face every fortnight.

We deliberately keep our jobs inside a radius the supervisor can cover properly in a day. If your site is outside it, we'll tell you straight rather than take the work and manage it badly.
